BLACKLINE LUXURY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking services with Blackline Luxury, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations are considered pending until confirmed by Blackline Luxury. We reserve the right to verify trip details before final approval.

2. Identification Requirement

For safety, compliance, and verification purposes, Blackline Luxury will reach out to obtain a valid government-issued photo ID from the client prior to confirming or completing any booking.

3. Deposit Policy

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and continue with all bookings. No services will be scheduled or guaranteed until this deposit is received.

4. Payment Terms

The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing by Blackline Luxury.

5. Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations may result in forfeiture of any additional payments depending on timing and service commitment.

6. Service Availability

Blackline Luxury reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion if policies are not met or if client information cannot be verified.

7. Liability

Blackline Luxury is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
